She has been teaching all of her adult life beginning in 1965. She became a teacher of hypnotherapy in 1987, teaching workshops on her own as well as for the University of California in San Francisco for six years.
She taught for three years in a Berkeley, California hypnotherapy training program, and she has regularly given teaching presentations for annual hypnosis conferences since 1993.
She is currently the Founder and Director of a California hypnotherapy school, the Center for Hypnotherapy Certification and a Certified Instructor.
She teaches many workshops and seminars on such topics as Spiritual Healing Power; The Power of the Mind; Life-Transformation; Health, Weight and Lifestyle Transformation; Energy Healing, Compassion; Success and Prosperity; Miraculous Changes; Radiant Power; Performance Acceleration; Stress Relief, and many professional workshops on Hypnotherapy and Healing of Mind, Body and Spirit.
Marilyn has created her own original hypnotherapy method, the Transformational Healing Method. She teaches her method in her training program, in special weekend seminars, and at conferences. One person has said, "Your hypnotherapy program is life-changing work." Another has said, "I feel that your method of transformational healing is more powerful than anything I've learned so far, and I've taken many trainings."
Her honors are: Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan, other honorary organizations, including Phi Kappa Phi (1962) and Pi Lambda Theta (1962). She's been mentioned in thirteen Who's Whos, The Dictionary of International Biography, and Outstanding People of the Twentieth Century. She has been a nominee for International Woman of the Year from the American Biographical Institute.
She is the director of the Center for Hypnotherapy Certification in Oakland, California, and she has won six hypnotherapy awards, including Educator of the Year..
Marilyn has written a number of books, the most outstanding being: Extraordinary Healing; The Wise Mind; Healing is Remembering Who You Are; and Realize Your Greatness.
